CWR Mobile CRM 2011 Express is a web browser-based online user experience version of CWR Mobile CRM. This is designed for customers who might have been using Microsoft Mobile Express, but need more than the basic “occasional access to common CRM tasks;” they need some additional capabilities to create activities, convert appointments and leads, close opportunities and cases, etc. CWR Mobile CRM 2011 Express offers the ease and convenience of a web app, but as a customized user experience on each mobile platform, with all the power of Dynamics CRM.
