FAQ: Logging in to CWR Mobile CRM Configuration Settings
Wednesday, December 3, 2008

When registering your organization on CWR Online we update your CRM Online sitemap with a link to the CWR Mobile CRM Configuration Settings. When you click this link you are redirected to our website and you have to login with your CRM Online Windows Live credentials.

However, because this link points to another domain (http://online.cwrmobility.nl) you need to have third party cookies enabled to be able to login. Here's how to enable this:

In Internet Explorer go to Tools -> Internet Options. Then select the tab "Privacy":

Click the "Advanced" button and set the following values:

Alternatively, if you don't want to enable third-party cookies, you can go to the configuration url directly:

http://online.cwrmobility.nl/CWRMobileConfig/Main.aspx?orgname=yourorgname&userlcid=1033&orglcid=1033

Remember to replace "yourorgname" with the unique name of your organization. This is the same as the CRM Online url:

https://yourorgname.crm.dynamics.com
