CWR stands for Crawl Walk Run... Crawl Walk Run is the philosophy behind CWR. From designing software, to implementing solutions, to building up our business, we always use the basic steps of life. First you crawl. You start small to get a sense of direction to find your goal. There may be obstacles along this path, but you are figuring out ways to overcome them. Then you walk. When you are familiar with your path, you start walking. You know where the obstacles are because you have learned the way to reach your goal. Finally, you run. When you are ready to run, you know exactly where to go and how to get there. You know your goal, you know your path. This gives you the advantage over your competition. We think Microsoft has captured our philosophy in this video called "The Lemonade Stand".
